I still have a looooong way to go by means of collecting all my recipes, testing, etc, but here’s a few recipes I have typed up so far:

-Sugar Cookies
-Chocolate Sugar Cookies
-Chocolate-Vanilla Hypnosis Cookies
-Intense Dark Chocolate Cookies with Sprinkles
-Easy No Bake Peanut Butter Chocolate Cookies
-Easy No Bake Cashew Oatmeal Cookies
-Perfect Oatmeal Cookies #1
-Cashew Chocolate Oatmeal Cookies
-Cashew Butter Cream Eggs
-Chocolate Sandwich Cookies
-Autumn Clouds Pumpkin Cookies
-Bakery Style Double Chocolate Chip
-Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip
-Peanut Kiss Cookies
-Three types of chocolate chippers
And more!

The final product is going to be categorized into types of cookies and I definitely plan on having some of these categories:
-Biscotti
-Chocolate Chip + Variations
-Chocolate-y Cookies
-No Bakes
-Not Quite Cookies but Close Enough So They Belong in a Cookie Book
-Oatmeal Cookies
-Peanut Butter and Other Nut Cookies
-Pet Cookies for Your Furry Friends
-Sugar Cookies
-Sandwich Cookies

I still have more basic choco-chip cookies coming along, peanut butter cookies, brownie cookies, oreo cookies, ginger cookies, etc.

Nice cookies!! Love em love em love em!! And I really appreciate the recipes not having EB and most without maple syrup…thank you so much.

How about some lower fat cookies? Like not necessarily fat free, but reduced fat? That would be a good balance…but that’s just the health nut in me.

I was wondering if you could tell me where to find the recipe for Cashew buttercream eggs. They sound good and I love to make them for Easter for family.

    Thanks
